Feature Title

reverse audio filter and default volume command

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When the bot joines a voice channel and playes music, it's really loud. I know you can turn down the bot yourself, but if users doesn't know this and join the channel, they can get blasted with sound. A default volume command fixes this by allowing you to set how loud the bot is as default.

Feature Description

Reverse filter is because it sounds cool, default command is explained above
