Develop a standalone web front-end interface to make it easier to use lineage and view results.

Some possible ideas for a web front-end / web app...

User capabilities

• create an individual
• add genotype files to an individual / merge files and identify discrepant SNPs
• remap SNPs
• create and interact with groups of arbitrary individuals for intra-group analysis (see Add ability to create groups of arbitrary individuals #20)
• perform admixture analysis (see Add admixture analysis capabilities #21)

General capabilities

• provide a means to display, plot, filter, and search results (e.g., via chromosome plots (see Add plotting capabilities #22) and tables)
• provide capability to export / save data
