double processing

Hello.
I have crontab schedule that launch every day, repos update script, which doing this:

aptly mirror update 
aptly snapshot create
aptly snapshot merge
aptly snapshot drop
aptly db cleanup

But for now I started manually updating new repository (aptly mirror update noble) additionally, which will eventually intersect with this crontab schedule in about 4 hours.
So will this schedule start new aptly process, or maybe it will crash everything?
