Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Contribution page is not linked with the main page of website. It can be added to footer so that navigation could be possible for contribution page.
UI needs improvement of the page.
Header and footer must be added to the page.
Making the page responsive.

Expected behavior

None
