[Bug]: Link the package and testimonials section properly to the navbar

Describe the bug

There are very well designed seperate "Packages" and "Testimonial" sections in the website.But they are not linked in the navbar.
If we click on Packages in the navbar ,it shows something like this

Also if we click on the Testimonials ,there is nothing

Expected behavior

Anchor the tags to proper pages so that the correct page appears when clicked on the navbar.
