Feature Description

The website currently lacks a feedback form, which is essential for collecting user insights and improving the overall user experience. Implementing a feedback form will allow users to easily share their opinions, report issues, and suggest new features. This can provide valuable data to help us understand user needs and areas that require improvement.

This feature will significantly enhance communication between users and the development team, ensuring that user feedback is incorporated into the ongoing development process.

Use Case

Key features for the feedback form:

• User-friendly interface with input fields for rating, comments, and suggestions.
• Options for users to categorize their feedback (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request, General Feedback).
• Option to collect user details (e.g., email) for follow-up or optional anonymity.
• Backend integration for storing and organizing feedback in a database.
• Success message or email confirmation after submission.
