Improvement in testimonials section.

Overall the site has great UI but testimonial section lacks the UI in mobile I want to improve is better with.

I want to add.

1. Feedback message by testimonials.
2. Ratings given by testimonials.
3. Mobile responsiveness to the page

Please assign me this with hacktoberfest and gssoc-ext tag.
I really want to work on this project.
