[Feature Request]: Edit the Scroll bar .

Feature Description

The scroll bar is visible at all times edit it to make it visible only when scrolling and changing the styling of the scroll bar to remove the hard corners that appear when the scroll bar is at the top and bottom .

Use Case

This will enhance the overall look of the website.
