Server: Delayed auto-reveal requests

When a juror requests an auto-reveal, we are checking against the subgraph, but sometimes the information may not be updated immediately. To solve that we can store the request and have a service validating these requests and notify the juror in case we validate the information provided was wrong, otherwise we simply mark the reveal request as valid to execute it later on the auto-reveal service.
