Finalized Project Email

Three days before a project,
And email is sent out to all carpoolees,
The email has a link to the carpool show page,
It includes the names and emails and roles (driver or passenger) of the carpoolees.

The Carpool is 'finalized' and no changes can be made.
The project show page no longer has buttons to driver or get a ride,
there is a message that says that the project is "Finalized".
