Describe the bug

I cannot instantiate a NOOPLogger. The IDE believes this function returns an object that does not implement all of the functionality of log.Logger.

To reproduce

import "go.arcalot.io/log"
var logger log.Logger
logger = log.NewNOOPLogger()
