Activity HTTP correlation enricher?

For people who do not want to use Arcus HTTP correlation in it's full extend (request tracking, middleware) and are fully relying on Microsoft request tracking, but still want to use our Application Insights Serilog sink (for custom dependency tracking, for example) we could introduce a Serilog enricher that uses the Activity (Microsoft uses this for correlation tracking) that enriches all Serilog links with correlation (instead of relying on Arcus' HTTP correlation accessor).
