Describe:
The last changes reflect

  1. cross-compile;
  2. find_xxx methods;
  3. cross-compile with clang compiler;
  4. toochain files;
  5. new macro in the functions.cmake file and new variable AREG_TARGET.

The existing documents should be updated and described how to integrate codes in a project.
