Use of dataset

Hi,
I am a researcher from an autonomous vehicle company.
Our team has interest in the 3D location task. We want to use the dataset to train a related model. we will not use the model for any other purpose. And I have 2 questions about the license of the dataset.

1. Can we use the dataset?
2. We also want to locate the traffic lights in the image, can we annotate the data?
