Fix z plane for motion forecast

Hello !

I really like the motion forecast data for its bird eye view, but for my application, it would be better if the z plane does not change (no zoom in and out). I have generated videos with the generate_forecasting_scenario_visualizations.py script and I try to extract the motion in the scene from them. If the z plane is fix it would be much easier for me to do that.

Is there a way to achieve it ?
