1、Import the "for_mongo_3.4.xml" into Zabbix-Template
2、Import the "userparameter_mongo.conf" into /etc/zabbix/zabbix.agent.d/ and restart zabbix-agent
3、This template doesn't have any trigger,please set it up according to your needs
