Save and load a diagnose case created by other user

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A junior technician may want to send his case to an senior one for advice. The are in different countries with different languages.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to save the case and get an id. Afterwards a way to load the case using that ID.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To export the symptoms to a file and load that file. Easier is to store the case online.
