Firstly, excellent project. GoatCounter's source code and documentation are impressively accessible and well-designed.

I work for a small fintech company considering a self-hosted install of GoatCounter. Our use case requires tracking not only page hits and click events, but also custom events with varying metadata. This metadata is crucial for understanding page view context and deriving insights into customer behavior.

Is there an existing approach in GoatCounter for handling custom event parameters? Are there plans to support such a feature in the future? I understand this may conflict with the project's underlying principles, but I wanted to inquire nonetheless. :)

Thank you for any insights you can provide!

I think this is #191?

I'm afraid there isn't really a good way to do this at the moment.
