Hello @suzil , just an idea I had after looking at #49 , which calculates the spectrum of multiple molecules at the same position / under the same conditions :

Sometimes the emission is absorbed by a gas somewhere else, under different conditions. For instance, hot CO or CO2 emitting in a flame can be absorbed by the CO2 in the room. Or the Earth blackbody radiation can be absorbed by several layers of atmosphere under different conditions.

Seing how you're adding molecules in #49 , maybe we could also add a whole new "Layer" .
On the backend side, everything is already implemented in RADIS, in the Line-of-sight molecule. However it would be a big change for the interface. I'm just adding it here not to forget !
