Automatic Rule Names

First of all, a very helpful extension that does what it says, great work. Thank you so much for making this happen.

My use case involves using this on multiple client instances of our product (each having unique URL), and the maintaining the rule names become a bit tedious. Can you tweak the behavior to automatically add the subdomain + hostname as the rule name? This prevents any further user intervention requirement while keeping the rules in a maintainable state. Please consider this feature request for implementation.
