Vertex Non-Prod maturities allow you to customize configuration options.

Next to the Search button, click the arrow. Choose Maturity for config options.

Customize Environments

Here, you can modify the Environment File variables for Prod and/or Test.

  • API: Set the SearchAPI URL that you wish to use
  • API_maturity: Note that this option is only available on Test maturity, and the default value is prod. This allows you to use test or dev SearchAPI maturity, but points to the CMR data in production.
  • Auth: Choose the ASF Auth maturity you wish to use.
  • URS: Choose the EDL maturity you wish to use to login.
  • URS_Client_ID: The EDL Client ID associated with the selected EDL maturity.
  • Banner: Choose the banner URL you wish to use.
  • User Data: Choose the user data URL you wish to use.
  • Unzip: Choose the unzip utility maturity you wish to use.
  • Bulk_Download: Choose the bulk download maturity you wish to use.
  • DefaultEnv: This is the default maturity Vertex will use.
  • You may click Reset to Default if you wish to reset all variables to their default value. Click Set when you are satisfied with the variables.

Select Prod or Test Maturity

Once you have set your environment variables, under the Maturity options, you may select either Prod or Test maturity. Vertex will use the configuration options specified in the environment file for the maturity you select.

On Demand API Setting

The HyP3 API setting has been moved. First login, then click your username to open the Profile menu. Select Preferences. The HyP3 Backend URL can be updated here.

Tips & Notes

Logging in successfully: If you wish to use Test environment by default, update your Test environment variables to use the production values for Auth, URS, and URS_Client_ID fields. Next, ensure Test maturity is selected. You should now be able to login successfully.
