Need to update the structure of the repo for better maintainability & introduce CI workflows.

  • Maintainability
    • Initialize a mono-repo with nx.
    • Introduce pnpm
    • Add WSO2 ESLint Plugin & Prettier plugin
    • Add PR builder & Release workflows.
