Main layout

The main layout should wrap the repeated components on every view and includes the following components:

Header
- main navbar (with drop down panels on hover for some taps)
- Search component
- shopping cart + wishlist with a drop-down menu with the items list
- User icon with drop menu with options for the visitors and logged in users.
- Menu icon to toggle the side navbar on and off
Footer
- About us (presentational component)
- Follow us component (all social media accounts)
- Newsletter component
