When wac is used in batch file, it doesn't colorize the output

I tried to use wac from within a batch file (to wrap a command that produces ansi output) . The output of this was not ansi stripped and colored.

This is stranger as expected. After trying this in the batch, it doesn't work anymore in command line, too. I opened a new console and its not fixing itself.
