The previous tests for snowballing performed forward snowballing on a record that was cited by more than 30.000 other records. This pull request changes the records on which the tests are performed to records that are cited much less. Now all snowball tests combined should send around 25 requests to OpenAlex.
Also, I added the ASReview email to the Pyalex config so that the requests end up in the polite pool.
