You need to upload the gpx-files via FTP or via Media Manager. In case of Media Manager you need to allow GPX Extension:

After you uploaded an GPX File, you can insert the path into the custom field while editing an article:
gpx

In the frontend you should see a map, depending on the automatic display options you set in the options of the custom field.

If you like to change a text, you ideally do via language overwrite.

The language files are located in the folder /plugins/fields/aggpxtrack/language.
However, if you change a string in these files, this change may be deleted during the next update.
