feature request: Icons-only theme install

If people don’t want to have to make a custom theme to merge different parts of different themes, more specific install options could be provided. I would like icon-only installs (only changes folders and buttons), but things like top screen only pr bottom screen only could also be added.

Providing other options is something we've always somewhat wanted to do, but our main obstacle is how to fit it into the UI. We've been going back and forth for a long time on whether it's worth it to reengineer Anemone's UI this late in the 3DS's lifespan, so we can't really guarantee this ever being a reality. All that aside, though, thanks for the suggestion!
