My WD2 Anemone Theme wont install

That when I load up Anemone3ds to install my WD2 theme it wont install and will stay at the default theme. I gone through the steps but IDK what to do. I did not install them Via a QR code since I made it myself and what I did was to do a normall installation of the theme, exit out of the application via START and then restart the 3ds.

Then when I turned it on the theme would reset to the default theme
