Currently we see the dev docs and the versioned docs, but, although https://astronomer.github.io/dag-factory/latest/ works, we don't see "latest" in the menu:

The goal with this ticket is to expose the latest menu item, similar to Airflow

tatiana added this to the DAG Factory 0.23.0 milestone
