Fantasy Public commands add and del fail when a bot is assigned.
!access add user op
Command FLAGS not loaded?

Yes it is. The module works fine with ChanServ in the channel, but once a bot is assigned it fails (!access list works though, but it is not hooked to FLAGS command anyway)
This issue exists only when using fantasy commands.
