Hi!

Can you create some icons for Apollo Automation (https://apolloautomation.com/)?
I'll need the following:

  • Driver icon; I have a single driver for all sensors (so it should be a bit generic). Supported devices are AIR-1, MSR-2 and MTR-1
  • Capability icons. I have a lot of custom capabilities, and I don't think it makes sense to make a new icon for all of them. Maybe we can create a couple generic ones? Otherwise the sensors tab of the device in the Homey app is just a bunch of boxes.

Hi Lex!

Those are indeed a bunch of capabilities that you request :)

It does raise the question, are you presenting them all to the users? Since it is considered best practice not to overload the user.

So for my understanding, what is the context (for example what does target 1 and 2 do, and what is used for resolution?) and can we do with less capabilities to give a better overview and information readability for the user.

For the driver I'll pick the sweetest looking one, or do you have a preference?

Kind regards!
Ivo

No all, but most of them are presented to users. But we certainly don't need different icons for all of them.
For example: still target count, moving target count and all target count could be 3 (or maybe even 1?) icon. Same for radar. Also angles/distance/direction (moving closer/moving away) are things that only need a single icon per set of capabilities.

For your understanding; the radar and mmWave sensors can track multiple targets (people) in the room, and will expose information on them as different sensors.

For the driver I'm not sure if we can do something "somewhat" generic, as the driver applies to all Apollo Automation sensors. But if you'd like to pick one or two, that's fine with me as well!
