OpenCV 3.1リリースはクリスマス休暇前に準備できています.このリリースは3.xシリーズの最初の安定版アップデートです.また,OpenCV 3.0以降,バージョン番号の付け方が変更されていることに留意してください(3.x系:3.0,3.1, ...,2.4.x系:2.4.0,2.4.1, ...).
