When the atomiastatisticscopy package is installed on RHEL the statisticscopy.conf is set to pull logs from /var/log/httpd. In our current setup the atomia-pa-apache.conf still puts logs in /var/log/apache2 folder regardless of Linux distribution.
Possible solution for this is to update the atomia-pa-apache.conf file to put logs in /var/log/httpd instead of default /var/log/apache2 or to update the RPM package to set the default path in statisticscopy.conf.
