chore: restructure repository for proper Python packaging

- Moved cli.py to notion_automation/cli.py - Renamed and moved notion_client module to notion_automation/notion_client/ - Added __init__.py files to notion_automation/ and notion_client/ - Removed __init__.py from root directory to prevent package conflicts
