User is not active

Hi :)

New user here. Just got it running on unraid and pointing to my Tautulli.
All green lights, but upon login with the admin account it says that cant find the user ,

Something wrong on my end?

Are you able to access the JSON files? Can you check if the admin file username is the same as the on you are using?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

I can access them and upon searching for the admin user (the same i do the login with plex auth) both the name and email from admin.json corresponds to the user.json and is correct.

on the front page it pop's up with the plex authentication so i login with my plex account

I take it you are not using Plex Auth, and searching for a user. What are you searching by? Plex username or email? Can you see the content of the users.json and verify the user is present?

I was using the Plex Auth but it was reverting to my test account and i did not saw that.
All good but since its a fresh Tautulli instance pretty much empty. Will get some stats until end of year and then for next one :)

I will also look for how you advise on sharing this.

Was thinking about sending the xmas wrapperr via a newsletter maybe so it would need to be accessible via link.

Also following the request of discord sharing stats (could also be a way of sharing the wrapperr)

Ahh I see. Yes, I must build some functionality around pre-generating statistics on user behalf, and also the functionality of sending this out.
