Compile template once and reuse it many times

Are there any way to speed up the web page when <dynamic-html> is used inside repeat.for?
If I have a list of items, each list item uses the same template from the database, how to avoid template compiling for the each list item?
This seems to be very slow on old computers and when there are o lot of items in the list.
