Browser page is stuck at the point of setting up the MFA and scanning the QR code

Description

Reproduction

-Set up mfa.
-Log out and log in again.
-Click on the "I'd rather use Google Authenticator" or "I've already downloaded it"
-The browser tab get's blocked and nothing else happens.
