Clarification on module maintenance

I see that on May 1st LinkedIn rolled out a major API update which effects this library usage. Are there any plans to reflect the same updates?

There are already so many issues related to this.

Would like to have an official message from the maintainers of this module? I know it takes a lot of effort to update and maintain. If this is not maintained we can look for an alternative.
