Struggling with Autoware Setup: Need Guidance

Hello everyone,

I am new to Autoware. I have been working on my own autonomous navigation system solo for 3 years and I have a good understanding of the architecture and approach of Autoware. However, as I go through the various documentations, I am struggling to implement the code in src. I do not understand the link between core and universe, nor which part of universe I need to put into core, or how to run the demo locally. Does anyone have an up-to-date tutorial to help me get started with this amazing tool? My goal is to implement it on a robot with differential drive for outdoor use.
