Add ability for extension to theme the gnome-shell as well by editing _colors.scss with material colors and recompiling gnome-shell.css from the gnome shell Gitlab repo: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/tree/main/data/theme/gnome-shell-sass

Potentially using https://github.com/medialize/sass.js to compile the css file within the extension
