Documentation: User documentation needs some enhancement

The existing user documentation could use some explanations of which aspects of the API development lifecycle we're automating (such as illustrating how the DesignCenter Sync does a full override of the main branch). Additionally a few example configurations displaying a light configuration (app deployment only) and heavier configuration (full RTF deployment with all the bells and whistles) would be handy.
