When an individual with a high-risk condition is exited in the Poshan system and a QRT visit is completed without syncing the QRT user first, syncing both Poshan and QRT users causes the individual's status to automatically revert to active instead of remaining in an exited state.
env: prod
org : Apfodisha
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log in as a Poshan user and create an individual with a high-risk condition set to "Yes."
2.Schedule a QRT visit for the individual.
3.Exit the individual in the Poshan system and sync the Poshan user.
4.Log in as the QRT user without syncing and complete the scheduled QRT visit.
5.Sync both the QRT and Poshan users.
Expected Result:
The individual's status should remain as "Exited" after syncing both Poshan and QRT users.
Actual Result:
The individual's status is automatically reverted to "Active," undoing the exit.
