Duplicate Values Displayed for Concepts in Summary Page

When a concept is used in both non-repeatable and repeatable question groups, its value is displayed multiple times on the summary page instead of appearing only once.

Steps to reproduce :

1.Login to the cilent app
2.search of the outreach
3.In the general encounter we have the outreach location specific enc
4.Click on the enc
5.Click on the other space
6.fill the Concluding Questions
7.Click on the Who accompanied
8.click on all the option and enter the data
9.click on the next
10.In the Summary page

Expected Result : the value should be displayed once
Actual result : The page shows the duplicate values
