Unplanned visits - custom name

For CSJ, we would need the ability to customize the name in general encounters for unplanned visits, similar to how we can do it for planned visits.

Use Case:

Subject Name: Outreach
We plan to merge the current Client Enrolment form and the Client Status Details form into a single form, and keep it as a general encounter that will be unplanned. Having the ability to customise the encounter name will allow us to identify these records more effectively. For example:

Outreach Client Anjali
Outreach Client Maha
