Describe the bug
On applying a filter on avni-media, it doesn't give feedback.
Leaving the user in a puzzle.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the "Media Viewer"
  2. Select a subject type or any other from the given filters and click on "Apply Filter"

Expected behavior
It should give some kind of feedback after clicking on "Apply Filter" so that the user is aware that some computation is going on.

AC:

  • Show a loader/indicator to show the page is loading(like on clicking Search in DEA). Good to keep the UI consistent across pages.
  • When there are no results to show, display the message 'No results to display.'
