Reports for monitoring

Need:

• There should be a mechanism to view the sent and failed nudge messages.
• Also a report to know the list of deactivated users.

AC:

• Just some Jasper report for all the above
• Separate reports for sent and failed messages.
• Mail to Maha - the weekly report

Out of scope:

• Mechanism to identify distinct farmers: Distinctness is identified by name comparison: Concatenation of first and last name(with a space in between) and in a case-insensitive manner name is compared. - taken care by different team.

Had a discussion with Maha regarding the same, to use Metabase instead of Jasper. We concluded that, Metabase reports and alerts are good to go, and Jasper reports can be created if needed by Implementation / Support team member.
