[Location] Associate Location form with Location type

Need:

To know what properties are applicable for a specific location, this is needed

AC:

• On clicking Gear icon on the Location form, we should be able to associate it with single or multiple location types.

• Only one form can be associated with a location type. If more than one form tried to be associated show the error like below:
  

• Display Location Type as the last column in the forms menu/tab view
  - display this column only when there exists at least one form of type Location
  - Similar display Task Type column only when there exists at least one form of type Task in the org
