[DEA] Duration form element in question group

How to reproduce

• Add a duration form element in a question group/repeatable question group
• Try to add values to it on the Data Entry Application
• Look at the Summary and Recommendations screen (Notice that the values are missing)
• Save it (Notice that the subject page throws an error)
