[DEA] Summary Page Not Displayed After Visit Cancellation

When a user cancels a visit, the summary page does not display, preventing the user from seeing the reason for the cancellation.

env : pre-release
org : dinesh@dineshbootcamp

Steps to reproduce:

1.Login to the org
2.Register the indiviudal
3.Enroll into the program
4.Cancel the encounter

Expected result : After cancelling a visit, the summary page should be displayed, showing the reason for the cancellation.
Actual Result : The summary page is not displayed.
