Me as a developer/implementer want to set up my machine, on Ubuntu, Mac and Windows (without Cognito, S3).
Me as a developer/implementer want to set up a testing (staging, QA, UAT, etc) environment, on CentOS (with Cognito, S3). RDS is optional. Without TerraForm.
Me as a developer/implementer want to set up a production environment, on CentOS. RDS is optional. Without TerraForm.
